Sauna in Karelia

Mari has a sauna..........................like every Finn, but this sauna is close to the lake border and this time we try AVANTOHave you ever tried typical wooden sauna in Finland??? My answe is obvious, so many times.........................and I become a sauna addicted!!

So we had the ingredients, the sauna and we did a big hole on the lake for the avanto, the rest wasn't easy becuase our poor and sensitive feet felt the snow, this terrible pain!!

The most pleasant thing is to take your towel after the Avanto, then the coldness means nothing and your body is a big butterfly trying full of calm and energy, and you think I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN!!!

Of course if you are lucky and the day is sunny and temperature is around 0 degrees you can make crazy things.................

Like I said, full of energy, sunny day, the greatest sauna and avanto........... we had everything
